Football field at Manthos with the mountain landscape beyond
Match the facilities to your programme
The resort has two outdoor football fields, approximately 110 × 64 m and 56 × 46 m, an indoor basketball and volleyball court, and a gym. Start with the sessions your coaches need, then confirm the spaces, equipment and time slots with the hotel. Ask specifically about pitch conditions, setup and any requirement for exclusive use; these details should be agreed for your dates rather than assumed.
Build the day around the whole team
Think beyond training hours. List the number of athletes and staff, preferred room allocation, meal times, dietary requirements and meeting needs. Manthos can discuss groups of up to 100 adults, subject to accommodation and facility availability. Confirm the final rooming plan and capacity for your group before making travel arrangements. Sharing one base can reduce transfers between accommodation, meals and training.
Include recovery in the schedule
The hotel’s wellness facilities include an indoor pool, sauna and hammam. Discuss which facilities are appropriate for your programme, their available time slots and any charges. Recovery arrangements should fit the guidance of the team’s own qualified staff. Do not assume that a leisure stay includes dedicated team sessions, unrestricted access or medical services.
Send a clear brief for a tailored offer
Include your sport, proposed dates and flexibility, number and ages of participants, staff numbers, number of daily sessions and required facilities. Add meal preferences, recovery needs and any transport or meeting requirements so the team can confirm what is possible. Ask for a written offer specifying inclusions, allocated slots, payment terms and cancellation conditions. A clear brief makes it easier to compare options and plan the camp with confidence.
