Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Please contact reception in advance if you need a different arrangement; early arrival or late departure depends on availability and confirmation.

Reception is open 09:00–21:00. If you expect to arrive after 21:00, arrange your arrival with us in advance. The after-hours contact number is +30 694 058 2889.

Our two-room family suites accommodate up to four guests, with a separate category offering two bathrooms. The Standard Wooden Bungalow accommodates up to six guests and the Premium Wooden Bungalow up to five. Check each room’s layout and enter all guests and children’s ages when searching.

A room’s Check Availability button passes that room type to our booking engine. Enter your dates and guest details to see available options. If that category is unavailable, the booking engine may offer other room types. The general Book Your Stay button searches across room categories.

The terms depend on the rate and offer you choose. Read the payment, cancellation and any included-service details shown in the booking engine before confirming, and keep your reservation confirmation. Contact us if a condition needs clarification.

Breakfast is served 08:00–11:00. The restaurant is open 13:00–22:00. Please tell our team about allergies or dietary needs in advance. For an early departure, ask reception beforehand what can be arranged.

The spa is open 13:00–21:00. Contact the hotel to arrange treatments and confirm facility access, availability and charges. Please also check the applicable age and supervision rules before planning a family visit to the pool or spa.

Yes. Accommodation and dining can be coordinated with two football fields, an indoor basketball and volleyball court, a gym and wellness facilities. Send your dates, group size and training requirements for a tailored offer and confirmation of facility slots.

The two outdoor football fields measure approximately 110 × 64 m and 56 × 46 m. Confirm the setup, current conditions, available equipment and any exclusive-use requirements directly with the hotel for your camp dates.

Manthos is in Chania, close to the Ski Centre at Agriolefkes. Always check the official Ski Centre website for current operation and road conditions before setting out. Ski lessons, equipment and lift tickets are arranged separately from your hotel booking.
